Our purpose of TEMPO is to provide members the opportunities to network with leaders and future leaders, to enhance their awareness of issues and trends having impact on Milwaukee and TEMPO membership, and to participate in the active contribution of TEMPO as a group to the future success of Milwaukee and the TEMPO membership.

Mission: TEMPO-Milwaukee's mission is to "bring together influential women from diverse fields and backgrounds to create a network and shared experience that serves members in achieving their professional goals and furthers positions of leadership for women in our community."
